Housekeeping and Importing Ad Quod Damnum

I’ve imported old posts from a different blog I ran years ago on WordPress.com, which I called Ad Quod Damnum. I thought that was a pretty nifty name for a law blog. Maybe I’ll keep that title going, but first, I need to clean up a lot of the old content. And I need to get my post on Texas’s proposed revenge porn statute up. So, anyway, that’s why there’s a ton of new content on this site all of a sudden.
